Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose
SpeakBusiness is built to help legitimate businesses run day-to-day operations. This policy describes uses that are not permitted because they create legal, security, safety or service-integrity risks.
1. Lawful use
Do not use SpeakBusiness to violate applicable law, facilitate fraud, misrepresent identity or authority, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, evade legal obligations, or process information you do not have a lawful right to collect or use.
2. Security and platform integrity
Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data; probe or bypass security controls; distribute malware; interfere with service availability; scrape or extract data at abusive scale; or use credentials, tokens or integrations without authorization.
3. Harmful or abusive content
Do not use the service to threaten, harass or exploit others, distribute unlawful content, or intentionally create or send deceptive business documents. Do not place highly sensitive information in SpeakBusiness unless it is necessary, lawful and appropriately protected for your use case.
4. Assisted, voice and automated actions
Do not use assisted or automation features to impersonate others, create fraudulent records, evade review requirements, bypass plan or credit limits, or make high-impact decisions without appropriate human oversight. You are responsible for reviewing generated drafts and actions before relying on them.
5. Enforcement
SpeakBusiness may investigate suspected violations and may limit, suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect users, third parties or the service. Where appropriate and legally permitted, SpeakBusiness may provide notice and an opportunity to cure before taking permanent action.
