Cookie Policy
Effective August 12, 2026
Overview
This policy describes cookies and similar browser storage used by SpeakBusiness. The current product is designed to use a minimal set of storage needed for authentication, security and user preferences.
1. Essential session storage
SpeakBusiness uses session-related storage to keep users signed in, associate requests with the correct authenticated session, and protect forms and state-changing actions. These functions are necessary for the service to work securely.
2. Preference storage
SpeakBusiness may use browser local storage for interface preferences such as light or dark appearance. This information stays in the browser unless a feature explicitly synchronizes it to the service.
3. Analytics and advertising
SpeakBusiness does not currently use third-party advertising or cross-site behavioral advertising trackers. If analytics or advertising technologies are added later, this Policy will be updated and any choices required by applicable law will be provided.
4. Your choices
You can control cookies and local storage using your browser settings. Blocking essential session storage may prevent login or other authenticated features from working. Clearing preference storage may reset interface choices.
5. Changes and contact
This policy may be updated if SpeakBusiness’s storage practices change.
